Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of laboratory furniture as part of the project titled: "Investments of the Collegium Medicum of the University of Rzeszow for the purposes of preclinical and clinical education"
2. A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ
3. Order co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0004/25/KPO/1784/2025/212, under Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" of Investment D2.1.1 "Related investments with the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies.

5. Pursuant to Art. 257 PPL The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not granted to it.

7. The Ordering Party does not require any security for proper performance of the contract.
