1. The subject of the order is: Sale and delivery of a plethysmograph for the project Fri "Investments of the Collegium Medicum of the University of Rzeszow for the purposes of preclinical and clinical education" as part of the implementation of project No. 6 - Modernization and additional equipment of teaching buildings G4 and G5 in the area of the teaching base used for preclinical education
Subject of the order it was not divided into parts. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
Reasons for not dividing the order into lots. The subject of the contract constitutes a functional whole, dividing the contract into parts would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive implementation costs the contract, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could jeopardize the correct and timely order fulfillment. Moreover, not dividing the lot into lots does not distort competition by limiting the possibility of bidding for them.
2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ.
