Description:
The subject of the order is the sale (delivery) and purchase (collection) as well as commercial balancing of electricity from January 1, 2026. until June 30, 2026 (with the option of resumption) for the needs of RCGW S.A. facilities located in the Tychy commune, along with balancing production surpluses between the company's PPE i.e.: 1) Tychy-Urbanowice sewage treatment plant at ul. Local (2 existing MV connections) Energy Intake Points with generation (power output from a renewable energy cogeneration installation with an active power of 1,521 MW)2) 27 pumping stations, located in the Tychy commune (27 existing connections),3) 4 pumping stations, located in the Tychy commune (4 existing connections) - Energy Intake Point with generation (power output from PV installations with a maximum power of less than 10kWp each)4) RS/P32 pumping station at ul. orska (1 existing connection) Energy Intake Point with generation (power output from a PV installation with a maximum power of up to 210.04 kWp)5) Tychy Water Park at ul.
