- Description:
- The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a specialized garbage truck type vehicle, detailed technical parameters are specified in Chapter III of the SWZ, i.e. OPZ.
Requirements regarding the method of implementing the subject of the order:
- the vehicle will be accepted in the presence of the Contractor and the Ordering Partyhim or his authorized Representatives;
- the price of the vehicle should include the cost of delivery (loco of the Ordering Party's registered office at ul. Εw. Brata Albert 8 in Ε»ary), training, on-the-job instruction and first start-up;
- warranty for the entire vehicle, not less than 12 months , counted from the date of receipt of the confirmationspecified in the acceptance protocol;
- on the day of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor must provide: a set of documents necessary for registration of the vehicle, approval for the complete vehicle, operation and maintenance manual in Polish (chassis and bodywork), service book.
