- The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Sales and subsequent storage of an anti-tuberculosis medicinal product as part of the grant project entitled Development and maintenance of rescEU medical stockpiles in Poland, covered by the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, under which the Contractor is obliged in particular to: a. selling rifampicin (150 mg) to the Ordering Party in an amount of 300,000 doses (hereinafter: Medicinal Product), b. provision of storage services for the Medicinal Product in the period from the date of sale to September 30, 2026 early.
