Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Sales and subsequent storage of a medicinal product used in heart diseases as part of the grant project titled Development and maintenance of rescEU medical stockpiles in Poland, covered by the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, under which the Contractor is obliged in particular to: a. selling dobutamine (250 mg) to the Ordering Party in an amount of 8,000 doses (hereinafter: Medicinal Product), b. providing storage services for the Medicinal Product in the period from the date of sale to September 30, 2026 inclusive. 2. Determination of the concentration of the active substance in the Medicinal Product and the maximum dose of the Medicinal Product are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.
