- 1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of electricity intended for the Ordering Party's own needs, who is also the final purchaser within the meaning of the provisions on excise duty and the final recipient within the meaning of the provisions of the Energy Law, to the Energy Intake Point (PPE) located at ul. Anielin 2, 05-480 Karczew, tariff group C21, PPE number: 590543570800851837. 2. In the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, the Ordering Party plans the estimated consumption in amount of 170 MWh. 3. The ordering party has the right to purchase 30 MWh under option law. The purchase will be made on the same terms and at the same price as offered in the basic order. The ordering party is obliged to submit a declaration of use option rights no later than December 31, 2026. 4. This order does not include the distribution service, which is provided on the basis of a separate agreement for the provision of distribution services.
