• 1. The subject of the order is the sale of electricity to the facilities of the Silesian University of Technology with a total estimated volume of 5,380 MWh, covering 6 months (July - December 2026), taking into account the option of increasing the contract price and/or increasing the W volume to a maximum of 11,800 MWh and/or extending the contract execution deadline, up to a maximum of 12 months (in total). 2. CPV codes: 09300000-2 Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear energy, 09310000-5 Electricity. 3. Completion date orders: 6 months, i.e. from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to § 4 section 10 and 11 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. . In points 2.1.2 and 5.1.2 of this announcement regarding the place of implementation, due to the requirements of the announcement form in Enotices2 given: "Place: Gliwice Postal code: 44-100 National subdivision (NUTS): Gliwice (PL229)" This is the address of the Ordering Party's registered office.
