- The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the Tarnogorski Sports and Recreation Center Społka z o.o. in Tarnowskie Gory, ul. Bypass 8 in 2026 with distribution in accordance with the operator's tariff.
1. Estimated quantity: 2800 MWh (2,800,000 kWh)
Estimated amount of ordered energy, is only approximate (estimated) for comparison of submitted offers, in no case is the contracting authority to buy energy in the amount given. The actual amount of electricity supplied will result from current indications of measurement systems - Settlement, collection point and may be reduced and increased due to the actual electricity consumption. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim in relation to the contracting authority for not taken into account the expected in point 1 contractual amount of energy. Settlement for The supply of electricity will be based on the actual amounts of electricity used in accordance with the unit prices set out in the offer form, submitted by the Contractor.
