Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of green hydrogen marked CN28041000, intended to power 11 public transport buses, in an amount of 95,940 kg over a 24-month period, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 (basic order). The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller quantity hydrogen than indicated above, in accordance with current operational needs, and the minimum quantity of hydrogen to be purchased under the basic order is set by the Ordering Party at 80,000 kg. If it is not used by the end date of the contract, he is not obliged to use it up the full quantity indicated above.
2. The Ordering Party's daily hydrogen demand is approximately 200 kg +/- 20%.
3. Hydrogen offered (both in the order basic and optional) must be green, i.e. produced using energy from renewable sources. The contractor responds to every request of the Ordering Party i within the time specified by him, but not longer than 7 days from the date of delivery of the request, will provide the Ordering Party with a statement, certificate, guarantee of origin or other document confirming that the supplied hydrogen is hydrogen produced using renewable energy sources. To the offer Contractor will attach its own declaration that the hydrogen offered is green hydrogen.
4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of extending the order within options for another 24 months, i.e. for the period from January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2029, with a demand of approximately 102,240 kg of hydrogen. Ordering party cover...
