- 1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a Contractor for the sale of motor fuels, i.e. unleaded gasoline and diesel oil and car accessories, as well as the external washing service of company cars in the years 2026-2027, for the Greenery Board City Hall in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the order includes in particular the sale of motor fuels, i.e. unleaded gasoline and diesel oil, as well as car accessories, as well as the external washing service of company cars used by the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow, using electronic cards enabling cashless transactions in a network of fuel stations throughout Poland, with particular emphasis on the Maopolskie Voivodeship.1.3 A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is presented in Annex B to SWZ.2.
