Description: As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will ensure continuous sale of tickets issued by the ZTM in the form of a payment system record via a mobile phone at the prices and rules specified in the transport tariff via the system 24 hours a day, all days of the week, and will ensure constant technical supervision and IT. The agreement is open and will be concluded with any entity interested in participating in the open system, accepting the content of the agreement developed by the Public Transport Authority and meeting the requirements for the offered mobile application for selling public transport tickets. The content of the contract is available on the website: www.ztm.waw.pl. The provisions of the Acts do not apply to concluding contracts on the basis of an open system for each interested entity that meets the conditions.
