1.3. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 tasks:
1.3.1.Task No. 1: Sales and delivery of lathes to the Technical School Complex in Mikołow provided for as part of the project entitled: "Professional Mikołowski - vocational education in the transformation process in the Mikołow poviat".
A. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of 4 pieces of lathes to the School ComplexTechnical in Mikołow, at ul. Rybnicka 44. The contractor is obliged to provide the subject of the contract to the school headquarters, in the hours agreed with the recruitment specialist in ZST Mikołow.
1) The contractor is responsible for all deliveries, including the course and timely performanceOrders, for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions specified for the subject of the contract.
