The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of two tractors by the contractor along with two trailers intended for examining persons for the rights to drive in the C+E category driving license in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 24 2023 on the examination of applicants for the right to drive vehicles, train, examine and obtain rights by examiners and templates of documents used in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2659, as amended) for voivodship road traffic centers in:
1) in PoznaΕ (WORD in PoznaΕ) - 1 piece (i.e. one tractor tractor with one semi -trailer);
2) in Konin (Word in Konin) - 1 piece (i.e. one tractor with one semi -trailer);
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.3.
