Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a Contractor for the sale, delivery and assembly of movable equipment for the FabLab studio at ul. program entitled: FabLab Maopolska in Krakow under the European Funds for Maopolska 2021 2027 program, Priority 5. European funds supporting social infrastructure, Measure 5.4. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex A to the SWZ. should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 1.4 The Contractor should value the subject of the order according to the calculation of the offer price constituting Appendix B to the SWZ. ...
