Description:
The subject of the order is the sale, delivery, assembly and launch of the equipment of the Anatomy Laboratory along with employee instruction. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts
The subject of the contract was described in Annex A to SWZ.
The Contractor will attach to the offer the technical description of the offeredthe subject of the order containing all necessary information enabling the assessment of the offer compliance with the description of the subject of the contract - Annex A to SWZ (i.e., in particular the catalog cards of the devices offered, information folders, a statement containing the term manufacturer and model offereddevices, configurations and parameters in Polish, etc.) and in relation to part 3 of the contract, the Contractor will attach to the offer Annex A.1 - form of parameters of the offered subject of the contract.
The Contractor will provide a minimum of 36 months warranty for the offered subject of the contract. Warranty timeIt is one of the criteria for the assessment of offers.3.
