The subject of the order is the sale of electricity to the facilities (to consumption points) of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, along with the repurchase of the electricity produced (introduced into the network) in accordance with the provisions of the Act on day April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and implementing acts.
