- The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended) and its implementing acts, with an estimated value exceeding EU thresholds. Sales including delivery and installation of mortuary equipment. 1. The subject of the order is the sale, delivery, assembly and performance of necessary construction and installation works of dissecting room equipment, which includes consists of: a refrigerator for 16 bodies, a corpse transport trolley with an automatic lift, an autopsy table with a lift, a U-shaped preparation table consisting of two fume hoods connected by a worktop, shelves made of acid-resistant stainless steel for the needs of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn as part of the project entitled "Equipping and adapting teaching facilities to increase admission limits for medical studies - University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn", financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan under Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing admission limits for medical studies", in accordance with Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0006/25/KPO/1896/2025/229”. 2.
