Description:
1) Part I area of Wysokie Mazowieckie No. Ilo1 assortment. Unleaded petrol Pb 95 5,000 liters2. Diesel oil 60,000 liters The Contractor will deliver diesel oil to the distributor located on the premises of the District Roads Authority in Wysokie Mazowieckie with parameters specified in the Polish Standards. Diesel oil ON PN-EN 590 and Pb 95 PN-EN 228. The cost of delivery is borne by the Contractor. Unleaded petrol will be refueled at the Contractor's gas station for the needs of vehicles and devices owned by the District Roads Authority in Wysokie Mazowieckie. Requirements for the Contractor: 1. The contractor should provide diesel fuel in accordance with current requirements of regulations governing the method of transporting fuel. 2. The delivered fuels must meet the requirements specified in the Polish Standards for liquid fuels and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). Throughout the duration of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to have a valid license for trade in liquid fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 10, 1997.
