Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale of natural, high-metane gas with the symbol E according to PN-C04750: 2011 for the needs of the facilities of the Tarnogorski Sports and Recreation Center sp.z o.o. i.e. the water park in Tarnowskie Gory.
2. Estimated estimated demand for natural gas during the durationThe contracts will be 4,440,000 kWh for a period of 12 months from August 1, 2025. until July 31, 2026
Quantity for individual months:
- July- 370,000 kWh
- August- 370,000 kWh
- September- 370,000 kWh
- October- 370,000 kWh
- November- 370,000 kWh
- December- 370,000 kWh
- January- 370,000 kWh
- February- 370,000 kWh
- March- 370,000 kWh
- April- 370,000 kWh
- May- 370,000 kWh
- June- 370,000 kWh
3. The supply of natural gas will take place via a distribution network belonging to the DSO, with which the Employer will have a signed contract for the provision of such services, at the latest
inthe day of starting sales of gas fuel, based on this contract.
4. The supplied gas fuel must meet the technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997 Energy Law (vol. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833, as amended) and the executive acts issued on its basisand Polish standards.
5. The supply of natural gas will take place 24 hours a day.
6. Delivery must be continuous and take place in an uninterrupted manner for the period of the contract
