The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 266, as amended) and the implementing acts issued on its basis, in particular the customer service quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of November 29, 2022. on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trade ( Journal Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended).2.
