Accompanying documentation: - 2.1 declaration of conformity of the Goods required with delivery, issued by its manufacturer based on the PN EN 10204:2006 standard or a quality document issued by its manufacturer based on an equivalent standard (CoC).4. Offer evaluation criterion: 99% price, 1% completion date. II. Conditions of order implementation: 1. Completion date - The order completion date expected by the Ordering Party is 7 business days. The Ordering Party indicates that it allows for the submission of offers on time longer than 7 business days. - The unit of "days" specified in the delivery deadline criterion should be understood as business days - Delivery hours - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.2.
