Description:
The subject of the order is: Sanitary installation works in the field of water supply, sewage, central heating and gas installations, together with accompanying construction works aimed at removing failures or maintenance works of sanitary installations in municipal premises (inhabited and vacant buildings), common parts of buildings managed by the Municipal Property Management Board and in municipal premises in buildings of housing communities in Białystok and Bondary, and in the scope of failure of water connections and networks, sanitary and storm sewage systems managed by the Property Management Board Municipal. The implementation of the contract will be carried out successively as needed, based on partial orders placed by the ordering party in the form of orders according to the template (Appendix No. 2 to the contract) signed by the ordering party and the contractor. The following rules will be applied to the settlement of the ordered and completed works: 1) execution of individual works, a quantitative and dimensional settlement is established with an as-built cost estimate prepared by the contractor based on unit prices from the offer cost estimate, confirmed by the ordering party's supervision inspector, 2) in the case of execution of works war...
