Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a sanitary service consisting in securing in the field of portable sanitary facilities of the stay of the Battalion Battalion Group of NATO in the Bemowo Pisz military complex and securing the training grounds of the BGB field units in the period from 01.08.2025. downon 31.07.2026
2. The contracting authority provides for the exercise of the right of the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The option of the option is the entitlement of the Ordering Party, from which he may, but does not have to benefit as part of the implementation of this contract. If you are not used byThe contracting authority under the right of the contractor is not entitled to any claims on this account. The condition for launching the right of the option is a declaration of will of the Ordering Party to request the performance of the contract qualified by the Employer as the right of the option. The contracting authority will exercise the right of the option in case of necessitysecuring the additional needs of military units participating in training grounds while ensuring a higher level of appropriate financial resources by the administrator for the implementation of such an order.
