- The subject of the contract is a sanitary service consisting in securing in the field of portable sanitary facilities together with their comprehensive service in order to secure polygon training at the Orzysz training ground also to secure the stay of military units in other locations (other towns, nailed area) in the area of operation of the 24th Military Economic Department in GiΕΌycko (area of poviats: GiΕΌycki, WΔgorzewski, Piski, KΔtrzyΕski, EΕcki, GoΕdapski, Olecki) in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.07.2026.
The contracting authority provides for the exercise of the right of options, Fr. referred to in art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The option of the option is the entitlement of the Ordering Party,
which he can, but does not have to benefit under the implementation of this contract. If the contracting authority fails to take advantage of the Optional Option, there is no claims of this title. The condition for launching the right of the option is a declaration of will of the Ordering Party to request the performance of the contract qualified by the Employer as the right of the option. The contracting authority will exercise the right of options in the event of the need to secure the additional needs of military units participating in training grounds while ensuring a higher level of appropriate financial resources for the implementation of such an order.
