Description:
Task No. 1 Sanitary transport consisting of a basic team or only the driver1. Sanitary transport in the depot: 1) a driver authorized to perform medical rescue activities or 2) a basic team (at least 2 people authorized to perform medical rescue operations, including a driver and a nurse or rescuer according to the needs of the Ordering Party. 2. The subject of the service is: 1) transport of patients from the Ordering Party's premises to another healthcare entity in order to: carry out specialist consultations, perform tests diagnostic, transfer for continuation of treatment.2) transport of patients from the Ordering Party's premises to the patient's place of residence after completion of treatment,3) transport of patients (Home Oxygen Treatment) from the patient's place of residence to the Ordering Party's premises and back (portable oxygen supply required). 3. The above-mentioned services include patient care during transport, including transfer of the patient and his documentation to the destination (according to telephone arrangements).
