- 1. The subject of the order are:
a) services of sanitary transport of patients and transport of biological materials, transport of blood and its components for the University Clinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow at ul. Szopena 2 and at ul. Rycerska 2 - Part No. 1,
b) freight transport servicespatients undergoing dialysis at the University Clinical Hospital of Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow, ul. Szopena 2 in a sitting or lying position from the patient's place of temporary or permanent residence to the place of dialysis and back - Part No. 2,
c) transport services - Part No. 3:
• transport of piHome Oxygen Treatment nurses to patients and back,
• transporting materials for laboratory tests to the ordered units and receiving results from the ordered units,
• transporting documents between the units of the University Clinical Hospital from ul. Szopena 2 on ul. Knightską 2 and back,
• transport of dressing materials for patients of the Dermatology Clinic of the "Dermatology and venereology - hospitalization - Treatment of vesicular epidermolysis" program,
• transport of materials to the Central Sterilization at PCCHP ul. Rycerska 2 with USK ul. Szopena 2 and back,
• transportation of supplies by delivery vehicle.
