- Part A - Reconstruction and renovation, including adaptation to a new cultural and social function, of the tower building and the winding machine of Shaft II in Czeladź and technical infrastructure. The subject of the order are construction works, which include reconstruction, renovation, and adaptation of the tower building to a new cultural and social function. and the winding machine of Shaft II in Czeladź, together with land development and technical infrastructure for the building. The infrastructure covered by the task is part of the historic complex of the former Saturn mine. Construction works on the Shaft II tower include in particular: dismantling works (including dismantling the existing roofing, dismantling the steel structures and the concrete slab above the shaft backfill), construction, renovation and conservation works (e.g. renovation of bricks on the facade, reconstruction of the shafts and steel structure platforms, assembly of the roof structure with the covering, repair of damaged walls, electrical installation and lighting).
