Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of project and cost documentation and obtaining a decision on a building permit or a certificate of no grounds to object to the construction of a construction or performing other construction works, adapting all technical solutions to the applicableregulations and performing author's supervision, taking into account the possible need for the Contractor to obtain the necessary arrangements (e.g. OHS, fire protection), decisions, maps, research, inventory and other, necessary to properly perform the subject of the contract for the task: "School from scratch - stage - stageII - in the scope of repair and renovation works of facilities as well as surfaces within the School and Preschool Complex No. 4 in Wałbrzych ", located in Wałbrzych, Journalmarked with registration number 458) and the adjacent fence/retaining wall along ul. November 11 (border with plot No. 320 Obręb 20 Stary Zdroj) along with the replacement of existing installations,
2) repair of the retaining wall with buttresses from ul. Rożana (border with plots 222 and 224Zdroj),
3) repair of the fence and retaining wall along ul. Rożana to the intersection with ul. November 11 with replacement of entrance gates and an input gate,
4) repair of the pavement of concrete stands (concrete slabs),
