- 1. The subject of the order is: comprehensive provision of school transport services for children and youth based on monthly tickets to educational institutions in the Lipinki Uyckie commune in the calendar year 2026 on school days or as part of an individual orders.2. The scope of the order to be performed includes: a) transport of children and teenagers from towns located in the Lipinki Użyckie commune based on the table of fees for monthly tickets established for the Lipinki Użyckie commune and settlements based on the actual tickets issued. The amount of the monthly fee may not exceed the gross amount determined in this tender procedure, while observing the principle set out in section 3, the return of tickets for a given month resulting in a reduction of the carrier's remuneration may be made until 10 of each month for a given period of contract implementation; b) The Contractor also undertakes to additionally provide transport on the basis of the received tickets in the afternoon and on days free from school for extracurricular activities; c) punctual and safe transport children and youth (doz and odwz), referred to in Art. 32 sections 5-7 and art. 39 sections 3 and 4 of the Education Law Act (i.e....
