- The subject of the order is the comprehensive provision of services in the field of school transport for children and teenagers based on monthly tickets to educational institutions in the Brody commune in 2026 as regular transport in national road transport. on the basis of a permit issued by an authorized body pursuant to Art. 18 section 1 point 1 and art. 20 section 1 of the Act of September 6, 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1490). The subject of the order is the provision of transport services open bus transport based on monthly tickets for children to primary school and kindergarten on school days. Children's transport will take place in accordance with the school year calendar approved by the Minister of National Education, taking into account introduced temporary restrictions on the functioning of units of the education system, including suspension of teaching, educational and care activities pursuant to regulations of the Minister of National Education.
