Description:
The subject of this order is: 1) PART I - "School transport of children and youth to educational institutions in the Lubsko Commune) transport of children and youth from towns located in the Lubsko Commune based on the table of fees for monthly tickets established for the Lubsko Commune and settlements based on tickets actually issued. The amount of the monthly payment may not exceed the gross amount negotiated in this tender procedure; the return of tickets from a given month resulting in a reduction of the carrier's remuneration may be made by the 10th of each month for a given period of contract implementation. b) Contractor also undertakes to additionally provide travel on the basis of the received tickets in the afternoon and on days free from school for extra-curricular activities; c) one-off trips on the basis of bus rental at a rate in PLN per 1 kilometer; d) punctual and safe transport of children and students referred to in Art. 32 sections 5-7 and art. 39 sections 3 and 4 of the Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended) to schools located in the Lubsko commune, in accordance with designated routes; e) The Contractor undertakes to prepare a timetable driving...
