1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Parts II The order is provided for in the transport and the resources of students disabled from the area of the Prusice commune in the 2025/2026, 2026/2027 school year, i.e. in September - June, on the days on which didactic, care and educational classes will take place, along with providing them with care during transport to the Special School Complex in Ε»migrod, to the team Special school and educational institutions in Trzebnica, the Milicz Association of Friends of Children and Disabled People in Milicz, to the Special School and Educational Center for Blind and visually impaired children WrocΕaw ul. Kamiennogorska 16, and the Lower Silesian Special Center School and educational No. 12 for the deaf and hearing impaired in WrocΕaw M. Grzegorzewska WrocΕaw ul. Dworska 8.
Performer:
1) is obliged to adapt to the requirements arising from the provisions of the Act of 11 January 2018. on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. U. of 2024, item 1289, as amended died),
2) General features of the subject of the contract in Part II:
1) The subject of the contract concerns the delivery to schools and to take from schools to the place of residence of disabled students along with ensuring safety and hygiene conditions while getting on, off and ride by a vehicle. According to the information held today, the delivery and the return will include 41 disabled children.
