Description:
The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to introduce a timetable other than the agreed one for specific days, after notifying the Contractor in advance. 2. Settlements will be made in a cycle monthly based on a VAT invoice issued by the Contractor. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to deviate from the given transport schedule due to changes in lesson plans, the number of children, school closures, changes in the organization of the school year, making up days free, etc. 4. The service will be provided on weekdays, except Saturdays, holidays and other public holidays, as well as breaks in the implementation of teaching and educational activities (winter and summer holidays, spring and winter holidays), specified pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of August 11, 2017 on the organization of the school year (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211). 5. In the event of a change in the organization of classes involving making up for the day's classes falling between two public holidays or a Friday falling immediately after a public holiday on Saturday, the carrier is notified by the Ordering Party through the director of the given facility about changing the delivery date. 6. Each transported student must be provided with a seat. 7. The Contractor will provide care for students during transportation and pickup of students to and from schools.
