Description:
The subject of the order are secretarial and assistant services along with office support for the needs of KOWR OT in Wroclaw, Branch Section in Rakowice Wielkie, under which the Contractor will be obliged to: 1) fully handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including: a) entering data into the system Electronic Document Management (a system operating at the Ordering Party, supporting the circulation of documents, in short: EZD), including document scanning, b) maintaining a postal consignment book and a register of unregistered shipments, c) office services, i.e., among others receiving and distributing correspondence and shipments, registering correspondence in the EZD system, sorting and forwarding correspondence to addressees in the Branch Section in Rakowice Wielkie, keeping records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, receiving and handling e-mail and other programs the Ordering Party, 2) operating a virtual telephone exchange, consisting in managing incoming calls and redirecting them to the phones of individual employees of the Ordering Party, 3) recording departures and business trips of the Ordering Party's employees, (w...
