Description:
1. The applicants described in chapter I SWZ jointly conduct the public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law), the authorized contracting authority - the leader of the purchasing group is the Świecie Commune.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026.
down 31.12.2026 The order will be awarded in three parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts:
1) part 1 of the order - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - other tariff groups
2) part 2 of the order - supply of electricity to premises and facilities - Group tariff b
3) part 3 of the order - supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting
A detailed description of individual parts of the order can be found in chapter III.1, III.2., III.3.
3. The amount of electricity, which is the subject of the contract, is approximate and maybe Drive from actually downloaded during the contract.
