Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Securing the Wiebe Bastion and Kot Bastion in the design and build formula. 2. The material scope of the order includes all works, activities and works necessary to complete the investment task, including the following elements: 1) Preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining the necessary arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the works; 2) Execution of construction works based on the design documentation prepared by the Contractor; 3) Providing author's supervision during the implementation of the investment based on design documentation prepared by the Contractor;4) Preparation of as-built documentation (in paper and digital versions);5) Handing over the completed works to the Ordering Party together with a complete set of as-built documentation.3. The aim of the task is to develop design documentation together with carrying out author's supervision and execution of construction works necessary to ultimately protect against further degradation and the influence of atmospheric factors the relics of the Wiebe Bastion and the Kot Bastion at ul.
