- 1) The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in ensuring the safety of all persons participating in the 9th Silesian Science Festival KATOWICE, hereinafter referred to as the Festival, organized by the University of Silesia, implemented in the form of direct physical protection in the building and on the premises around the facility, preventive patrols, property protection, medical security with the support of an ambulance, medical patrol and cloakroom staff.2) The festival is a popular science event and is not treated as a mass event within the meaning of the Act on the Safety of Mass Events. Taking taking into account the experience resulting from previous editions of the Festival (including attendance, which during the three days of the event reached over 60,000 people), the Ordering Party orders services regarding physical protection, property protection and medical security, consistent with the requirements for securing a mass event cultural event organized in the building. Potential contractors are asked to prepare calculations as for a mass event.3) The scope of the order (on the Contractor's side) includes in particular: a) ensuring the protection of persons and property during the 9th Silesian Festival...
