1in particular:
2.1. Maintenance service, i.e. maintenance and removal of faults (service) of an integrated IT management support system based on SAP software based on SAP software to ensure the continuity of correct and trouble -free system operation and undisturbed usefrom the system by users; As part of the maintenance service, the Contractor will participate in the transfer of knowledge by the previous contractor, indicated by the Employer and familiarized himself with the system and will provide the service to transfer knowledge to the next contractor - in the case ofOrders of such services by the Ordering Party;
2.2. Consideration of additional services, i.e. development and educational in the total number of up to 1500 personnel in the case of their order by the Ordering Party, including 100 personnels intended for the provision of educational services and 1,400 personnel for the provisiondevelopment services;
2.3. Contracting optional services at the request of the Employer in accordance with the list presented in the planned provisions of the contract (template of the contract), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
