1. The subject of the procedure and contract is the selection of the Contractor in the scope of successive delivery laboratory glass and laboratory materials, hereinafter referred to as materials or products, for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding the Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for activities in the field of education, scientific and scientific and commercial.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract containing the quantitative statement of materials is set out in Annex A to SWZ, which is also the offer price calculation form.
