Description:
The subject of the order is the selection and delivery, for a period of 12 months, of polyelectrolyte in a powdered state for the dewatering of digested sludge at the Hajdow Sewage Treatment Plant in Lublin.
The subject of the order includes the selection and delivery of a polyelectrolyte in a powdered state for dewatering of digested sludge.on that day.
Sludge properties:
hydration 96 97.6% (average 96.8%),
organic content 53 64% (average 59.8%),
average quantity 822 m3/day,
pH 6.5 8.3
The digested sludge is dewatered in the primary system on two Gea Westfalia decanter centrifuges, type UCF 466-00-35 with a maximum capacity of up to 35 m3/h each. In the basic system, two centrifuges use one flocculant station with a maximum capacity of 4,000 liters per hour. Number of centrifuges installed in the Mechanical Sludge Dewatering Station: 4 pcs. Number of flocculant stations: 2 pcs. Flocculant stationsand the secondary dilution installation are powered by tap water.
The devices operate in continuous operation.
