Description:
The subject of the contract is the examination of the Employer's financial statements for 2025 and in 2026 in accordance with the Act of 29 September 1994 on accounting (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 120, as amended) in order to issue a report from the study containing, among others expert opinion auditor about whether the financial statement presents a reliable and clear picture of the property and financial situation and the financial result of the examined entity in accordance with the applicable provisions on accounting and financial reporting, as well as accepted principles (policy) of accounting whether the examined financial statements are consistent as to the form and content with legal provisions, statute, whether the financial statement was prepared on the basis of correctly kept accounting books.

1. The order of the contract includes:
a) preliminary examination: getting acquainted with the unit, accounting records, internal control and methods of valuing of assets;
