Description:
1) The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term bank loan within the meaning of Art. 69 of the Act of August 29, 1997, Banking Law in the amount of PLN 16,000,000 (sixteen million PLN) in 2025, incurred to finance the planned deficit and repayment earlier liabilities arising from credits and loans.
2) The loan will be granted and settled in Polish zlotys.
3) The Ordering Party reserves the right the possibility of waiving any part or the entire loan amount.
Repayment will follow w dates and amounts specified in Form No. 1 attached to this SWZ. If the ordering party resigns from any part of the loan amount, the repayment schedule will change. New repayment tranches and dates will be agreed between the parties after the last tranche has been paid credit.
5) The Ordering Party reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to make changes to the loan repayment schedule specified in Form No. 1. All possible changes will be made after prior agreement on a new loan repayment schedule between the parties to the contract. The premise for changes the loan repayment schedule will be conditions resulting from the ordering party's obligation to comply with the requirements contained in Art. 243 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances.
