1. The subject of this fall CCAB 4T L3H1 DMC 4.0 T/DMCZ 5.5 t with an electric ardent for collecting municipal waste for the enterprise of municipal economy i Mieszkaniowa in Jarosawia sp.z o.o., ul. Przemyśl 15, 37-500 Jarosaw, KRS 0000123566 for the purposes of the Purification of the City, Makowsko 163, as part of operational leasing from the purchase option. Above The car will be purchased by a lessor from NW. Suppliers, on the basis of a sale agreement. The sale agreement will remain concluded between the Contractor and the supplier with the participation of the Ordering Party.
