Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for access to 48 titles of books in electronic version in 2026 for the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order together with the calculation of the offer price is included in Annex No. A to the Offer Form. 1.3 The Contractor's responsibilities will include: 1.3.1 Access to 48 titles books in electronic version on the elibrary.com.pl platform or an equivalent platform operated by the Contractor. A detailed list of book titles is included in Annex No. A to the Offer Form. A detailed description of the subject of the order along with the calculation of the offer price. 1.3.2 Access to books in electronic version will be available to all Authorized Users, will be unlimited, without time limits (24/h) and without limiting the number of simultaneous accesses, while the number of Authorized Users and the Ordering Party's IP addresses have been indicated ...
