Description:
1. The subject of the order is the selection of a contractor for construction works for the task titled: "Construction of a multimodal goods and fuel reloading hub based on a railway siding at the Katowice Airport".
2. On May 30, 2023, an Agreement for co-financing from EU funds 101113448 - 22-PL-TM-GTL of the Project was concludedMon. "Construction of a multimodal goods and fuel transshipment hub based on a railway siding at the Katowice Airport", under the Connecting Europe Facility CEF2 2021-2027 (Military Mobility).
3. The subject of this order includes the performance of construction and construction and assembly works together with NOunnecessary equipment and development of as-built documentation related to the comprehensive implementation of the investment task. The contractor is also obliged to develop instructions for the operation and use of the infrastructure built as part of the task.
