Description:
1. The subject of the order is the organization of mass catering services for students at Primary School No. 73 in Wrocaw (50-525), ul. Gliniana 30, in a place of study, consisting in preparing and serving food (two-course dinner) for a maximum of 100, and on average 85 students a day, staying at every day in the Ordering Party's unit.2. The average number of meals served (over the entire duration of the order) is 16,065. The actual number of meals served depends on the attendance of children on particular days. The minimum daily number of lunches that the Contractor is obliged to deliver is 10 sets.3. The detailed scope and parameters of the subject of the contract are included in the Detailed requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the public procurement - constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.5. In order to complete the order in question, the Ordering Party will rent the necessary rooms to the Contractor.
