- 1. The subject of the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the implementation of the investment task entitled: Expansion of Terminal C on the west side at MPL Katowice in Pyrzowice.
The expansion of Terminal C on the western side is implemented in the design and build formula for the expansion of the PPS1 parking board The contracting authority has project documentation.
2. The subject of the contract consists in particular:
a) developing a complete multi -branch design documentation regarding the expansion of terminal C on the west side to the extent resulting from OPZ, architectural concept, functional and functional program - Utility, in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines, in particular with the PN-EN ISO 19650 standard, together with obtaining on behalf of and for the customer required by the laws of checks, arrangements and opinions, as well as permits, decisions and other necessary documents to start works construction,
in particular the building permit decision;
b) transfer to the contracting authority of property rights to the developed multi -branch project documentation;
c) execution of construction works in accordance with the functional and utility program, OPZ and developed multi -branch documentation Design together with obtaining an occupancy permit for the expansion of Terminal C on the west and execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation together with obtaining a permit for the use of the PPS1 parking board;
