Description:
1. The subject of the order is to select a contractor to replace the basic fluorescent lighting installation with LED lighting in the premises of the Institute of Zoology and Biomedical Research at ul. Gronostajowa 9 in Krakow - STAGE I.2. The Ordering Party informs that the attached design documentation applies the full scope of work for the entire IZiBB building, while the order covered by the proceedings in question is a stage of the entire investment, the scope of work is shown in the additional graphic attachments constituting Annex A to SWZ.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex A to this ToR, which: contains design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (hereinafter referred to as STWiOR), as well as a bill of quantities. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the attached bill of quantities is only auxiliary material, and the basis for preparing the offer is the design documentation and STWiOR. The ordering party does not imposes items and inputs on the offer calculation. The valuation should be calculated taking into account the costs and man-hours as well as the contractor's workload to complete the item orders.
