• Description:
• 1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the contract were not granted to it. 1.2 List of buildings of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, covered by the subject of the order: 1)Object Faculty of Medicine, ul. Kopernika 12, with an area of 2516.88 m2, 2) Facility of the Faculty of Health Sciences, ul. Kopernika 25, with an area of 1,353.49 m2, 3) Didactic and Congress Center of the Faculty of Medicine, ul. Łazarza 16, with an area of ​​5,662.97 m2. 1.3 Total the cleaning area in the above-mentioned facilities of the Ordering Party is 9,533.34 m2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including its scope, method of implementation and related requirements, is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (identical with Annex No. 1 to the Agreement). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from the answers given to the Contractors' questions. 2.
